　　The maintenance and use of choke and kill manifold include (1) regular inspection and filling of lubricating oil and grease; (2) the flat valve in manifold shall not be screwed up by force, and the hand wheel shall rotate 1 / 4 ~ 1 / 2 turn after it is in place; (3) each gate valve in manifold shall be numbered and listed. (4) In the choke manifold, when adjusting the manual throttle valve, the personnel should be at the valve side; (5) the kill manifold cannot be used for the daily injection of kill fluid, so as to avoid pipeline failure due to corrosion; (6) when the throttle valve fails, the upstream and downstream gate valves can be closed, and the downstream gate valves of the standby throttle valve can be opened to make the standby throttle valve work; (7) when the single flow valve is overhauled, the downstream gate valves can be closed.

　　Application of choke and kill manifold: it is mainly used for soft connection of internal and external discharge nozzles, and flexible connection between mud gas separator and choke manifold. It not only has high pressure resistance, heat insulation, flame retardant, fire resistance and other properties, but also has higher wear resistance of inner wall than steel pipe.
