鹽城友德生產(chǎn)的異形高壓整體接頭和焊接接頭品種齊全，包括Y形、L形、長半徑彎頭、T形、十字形、岐管形、魚尾形七種，規(guī)格2″～4″，壓力21MPa～140MPa（3000psi～20000psi）。整體接頭毛坯采用高強度合金鋼模鍛成型，并經(jīng)過整體熱處理，不僅提高了產(chǎn)品的承壓強度，還延長了使用壽命，而且外表簡潔，端頭有由壬連接，便于現(xiàn)場與各種壓裂固井設(shè)備連接。端頭焊接接頭所用材料及焊接坡口設(shè)計均符合API6A規(guī)范。

變徑接頭的作用是在管線中實現(xiàn)不同直徑和不同螺紋形式規(guī)格的轉(zhuǎn)換連接，均采用高強度合金鋼鍛造，經(jīng)數(shù)控機床精加工而成，連接簡便可靠。
